How I found out my co-worker is Pregnant!

They say everyday you live and learn..and boy did I learn today!..about women and their pregnancy related issues. Now if you're like me and completely mystified/terrified/scared sh**less of the entire process of giving birth then you would have the same reaction as I did...it's funny because this entire week has been full of surprises for me..some welcome and other's well not so welcome I guess (the ATM incident & an argument yet again with none other then sister dear..but I still love her heheh). One of my co-workers turns out is yea you guessed it...PREGNANT!...is well into her fourth month....yaaay and congratulations to her especially since she had told me a while back that she and her husband were trying to get pregnant for a while...and please excuse me if this is TMI..heheh. Well anyways we were having a very interesting conversation about how she and her husband met and how they ended up getting married(that little story deserves another posting altogether), and bare in mind that I had no idea that she was pregnant...when all of a sudden in the midst of our conversation she became very quiet. I thought that perhaps she did not hear the last remark that I had made to her and so repeated myself but to no avail. It seemed like she had completely zoned out and then all of a sudden she got up (and mind you I'm sitting right in front of her the entire time) and made a beeline towards the restroom. At this point I'm thinking to myself "What?!..should I go inside and check up on her?", I mean after all she could be choking or something and needless to say the caring and considerate person that I am...(ehehe you know it!) I go in...and witnessed first hand and for the first time ever one of the many annoying/bothersome things that pregnant woman go through..."MORNING SICKNESS!"...she was hunched over the washbasin, throwing up and saying shit!shit! and Oh God! over and over again..now I was worried..really worried..I had no idea what was wrong with her..I'm thinking all kinds of scary things..and yea dork that I am it still did'nt hit me that she was hello..PREGNANT!..so I'm standing there asking her if she was okay which she obviously was'nt..when finally her cries subsided..she grabbed some napkins and then finally after what seemed like eternity noticed me, smiled like nothing had happened and told me "Oh! I did'nt realize you were here, you know what this means don't you?"..and then it FINALLY dawned upon me that she was going to be a mommy. I replied to her "CONGRATULATIONS, HOW WONDERFUL!" and we walked out of the restroom together. Now, honestly I'm not hungry anymore.

Last summer I saw a lady from work throwing up in the bathroom, me and my intern friend were like "Oh.. do you need help with anything ? are you ok ? " when the lady found a pause in her puking, she was like "it's MORNING SICKNESS!!! (you dumbos > this must be in going on in her brain)"
